Technology for improving wear resistance, damage resistance, and rust prevention of construction machinery parts.

By applying resin lining to the surface, the deterioration areas caused by the harsh operating environment of construction machinery are improved in terms of wear resistance, breakage resistance, rust prevention, waterproofing, fire resistance, and chemical resistance!

In an environment where various deterioration factors such as severe wear on construction machinery bodies, buckets, and shovels, cracks due to impacts, corrosion from chemicals and salt, and thermal effects are compounded, applying a polyurethane resin lining to the surface continues to protect the base part for an extended period. According to JIS standards, the paint wear test shows a film loss of 3mg after testing, demonstrating significantly superior wear resistance compared to other lining materials, and its high weather resistance ensures stable strength outdoors for a long time. By applying polyurethane coating particularly to the severely deteriorated parts of bulldozer buckets, shovels, conveyor systems, and agricultural tools such as tilling blades and cutting blades, an extension of their deterioration lifespan can be expected. In the case of snowplow shovels, it has shown significant effectiveness in wear resistance and resistance to calcium chloride, and in high-grade materials with excellent chemical resistance, it has long-term resistance to 50% sulfuric acid, protecting the substrate from corrosive factors (acids, alkalis, etc.).
